Returns and Exchanges
Timekeepers Clayton gladly accept returns and exchanges. Contact us within 3 days of delivery. Ship items back within 7 days of delivery
We do not accept cancellations But please contact us if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can’t be returned or exchanged:
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can’t accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Rolex Watches
Returns and exchange details:
Returns/exchanges are possible within three days of receiving the piece and must have a copy of the receipt for record of purchase. The piece must be in the same condition as originally received.
**No exchanges/returns will be taken if the piece is damaged**
Refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If the package is in the exact same state as when shipped out to you, the refund will be in full. If rush ordered or a nonstandard form of shipping is used, we reserve the right to not refund shipping charges.
Please contact us ahead of time to let us know that the piece is on its way and to coordinate what needs to be done. –With any repairs, please place a note in the package, with name, phone number, what needs repairs, a return address, and we’ll take care of it. –It is the buyer’s responsibility to cover shipping and shipping insurance, in full, for any piece that is being returned/exchanged/or sent in for repair. We do not take responsibility if anything is lost/stolen/damaged in transit to us, whether or not insured by buyer.
All watches come with a one-year guarantee on moving-parts (copy of receipt required), unless stated otherwise. That warranty is void if taken/opened by another watchmaker, other than us–regardless if serviced or repaired by them.**** All watches leave the store in working condition and are checked that they keep time correctly. Great care is taken in packaging so that there should be no issues when they ship. Please note that we are not held responsible for complications that happen due to mishandling from the shipping company.
We have no control over third party conversion fees with returns.
We accept Paypal and all major credit cards.
Please provide us with a phone number, that we can use for shipping, in the comment box at time of purchase.*****
We can do a 3-4 part payment plan and you would have 60 days from the date that we post the listing to pay it. If it goes past that date, we’ll refund you your installment(s) and re post the listing as it was originally–the payment plan would be void. If after that point you are still interested, you are more than welcome to purchase the original listing. Feel free to contact us to set this up!
Another (easier option), is that if you have PayPal, you can select to use their ” PayPal Credit” option–it allows for you to make the purchase right away and you can arrange a wider allotment of time to pay it back. Works very similar to a CC in that regard.
Additional policies and FAQs
Most rings are able to be resized. Please let us know the ring size at time of purchase and allow a few extra days for the work to be done and then shipped. Please find an exact ring size—that way everything will be perfect for the wearer. If you have any questions/concerns, with regards to sizing, please feel free to contact us ahead of time.
Certs and Appraisals:
Appraisals are available upon request for items over $2000. Anything under that and it is generally a $50 charge–depends on the item. We would suggest contacting us ahead of time so that we may discuss with you if it is worth doing so or not.
Please note that we have no control over third party certs or results. Nor do we guarantee those certs—please take that up with the third party.
All wrist watch measurements are from sides of the case and include the mm of the crown. If you would like an exact mm measurement of the case (w/o crown), prior to purchase, please feel free to contact us and we would be happy to get you those details.
