This vintage Bulova Ambassador (or Everett) watch has a 10K gold-filled case with a dial consisting of gold foiled numerals and embossed hour markers, gold tone sword hands, and a small subsidiary dial with a sweeping gold seconds hand. The date code of L2 on the outside back case dates this watch to 1952. This beautiful Art Deco watch case features a scalloped bezel and fancy lugs and is quadruple signed by Bulova. The case measures approximately 26mm wide x 36mm from lug end to lug end. Beneath the dial is a Bulova 21 jewel caliber 8AC manual hand winding movement that runs strong and keeps good time over a 24 hour period.
