The combination of materials and colors symbolizes the watch’s design heritage and Oris’ rich tradition of mechanical watchmaking. In continuous production since 1938, the Big Crown Pointer Date is Oris’s longest-serving design and an icon in Swiss watchmaking. With its oversized crown, red crescent-tipped pointer date hand and fluted bezel, it is an Oris signature and a classic example of ageless watch design. This watch has a sapphire domed crystal with Anti-Reflective coating inside and a screwed, see-through mineral glass display back.
