This Omega Seamaster Chronostop, model 145.007, is from 1968, and features a 41mm stainless steel case, black dial with baton hour markers along a tachymeter insert forming part of the dial, bright orange chrono hand all underneath a plexiglass crystal. The watch is powered by a hand-wound movement featuring a simplified chronograph operated by a single button at 2 o’clock to start and stop the red center-seconds chrono hand, the movement is Calibre 865, 17 jewel. Once the button is pressed to stop the hand, continuous pressure on the button is required to read the time. Once the time has been recorded and the button released, the red hand returns to the 12 o’clock position. The caseback features the seahorse engraving and waterproof legend. B4828
