This 14K yellow gold brooch has three grey-blue pearls that top the piece like flowers. Set off to the side of the branch is a dew-like prong set diamond, that is estimated to be 2.36mm round.The piece is hand engraved on the leaves and everything. The brooch measures 48.60mm long, 18.50mm wide, and sits 8.32mm tall.
