1920s vintage 14K Gold Ring with Half Carat Plus Diamond VS2 J Quality Blue Sapphire Accents Star Starburst Engraved

This wonderful ring was made back in the 1920s and is 14K gold. The body of the ring is engraved with starburst and filigree lattice work in gold. Set in the center is a bold 0.54ct VS2, J quality diamond that is flanked on either side by blue sapphires. The head of the ring measures 7.78mm wide and sits 7.45mm tall.
